Children for Tomorrow (Sierra-Leone)

In October this year(2021), we receieved amongst many letters, appeals and above picture from Children for Tomorrow in sierra-Leone. The letter gave us insight into the situatuion in rural Sierra-Leone. Below is the copy of the letter we received

Dear Kemi, How are you doing? I hope you and board members are all well and safe.
The above picture show two twin sisters selling in order to fight for thier survival (child labour)during last covid-19 locked down. They lost their biological mother at infact age. presently they are attending the same primary school.
What help can you offer to Children for Tomorrow in order to transform the lives of these vulnerable children in our coomunity?

Regards, Brima.

We are glad to have finalized our partnership with “Children 4 Tomorrow” and joined hands with them to collaborate with schools where the twin girls and other vulnerable children attend. We took the first initiative this month, and sent basic school supplies that will help keep children in school. In most cases, the school is a place where some children get their only meal of the day.
